Celebrating International Women's Day.

For International Women’s Day, we’re championing some of our favourite, strong female accounts over on Instagram who are inspiring, supporting, educating and empowering other women in their online communities.

Ashley James, model, DJ and mum to Alfie, uses her platform to empower women and mothers and change the landscape on some of the issues they face. As a well-known feminist, activist and empowerment coach, you’ll find her commenting on real life issues – from the stigmas around breastfeeding in public and mental health battles, to struggling with body dysmorphia and self-appreciation.

From her beautiful, bold sense of style to her campaign on representation, we love everything mum of two Chaneen stands for. As well as sharing her amazing outfit choices on Instagram, Chaneen is a breastfeeding advocate and opens up about the realities of motherhood to her followers – the highs, lows and everything in between.

Author, journalist, podcaster and mother, Anna Whitehouse is the founder of Mother Pukka – an online hub ‘for people who happen to be parents’. You’ll find Anna regularly commenting on lots of aspects of motherhood and the struggles that modern mums are facing in the workplace through her Flex Appeal campaign.
