What’s changed on the all-new Wave?

Wave’s been a best-selling travel system since it launched, loved by families for its versatility, style and comfort. For 2023 we’ve brought it right up to date by introducing new fabrics in contemporary colours and adding some new features and benefits.

As part of our ongoing sustainable message, our signature sustainable fabrics are now featured on the new Wave. The outer fabrics of the carrycot and seat unit are crafted using yarns made from recycled plastic bottles, which would have otherwise been sent to landfill. On the inside, there’s a super-soft bamboo fibre lining that’s kind to delicate newborn skin, is hypoallergenic and keeps babies comfy on every stroll.

We’ve given Wave’s colour palette an upgrade too. Inspired by a reappreciation for everything organic, the new colours – Cedar, Lunar and Onyx – encompass the beauty of the natural world that surrounds us.

As well as the improvements to the fabrics, our hardware team have also updated Wave’s bumper bar. Now compatible with the stylish Silver Cross snack tray, it encourages independent eating on the go, whilst keeping crumbs at bay.

To complete your pram, we’ve introduced two new accessory packs – Travel and Ultimate – to make customising your stroll easier than ever. For journeys further afield, the Travel Pack includes a coordinating Dream i-Size infant carrier and base, adaptors and a handy cup holder. If you’re wanting to cover all bases, then the Ultimate Pack includes all of the above, plus a coordinating footmuff and vegan leather changing bag, phone holder and snack tray.

What makes Wave sustainable?

As a brand it’s our aim to help safeguard our environment for the next generation. Not only have we introduced our signature sustainable fabrics, but Wave will arrive on your doorstep in our fully recyclable, FSC-certified packaging.

When your little one gets older, you can also choose to extend the life of your pram by donating it to our friends over at Baby Basics – a large network of baby banks across the UK. Once we receive your pram we’ll give it a full valet and service, then Baby Basics will distribute it to a family in need.

For naps on the go, Wave includes an overnight sleeping-approved carrycot lined with hypoallergenic, antibacterial bamboo fibre fabric that’s soft to touch and kind on skin. The carrycot is compatible with the Silver Cross carrycot stand, so you can keep baby at eye level or by your bedside whether you’re at home or away.

As your little one gets older, they can switch over to the comfortable padded seat unit which can be placed in parent or forward-facing mode – letting them see you or the world. The seat unit includes the hassle-free Genius™ harness with rucksack-style adjustments and a magnetic buckle – providing more comfort for your child and added ease of use for parents.
